A state-of-the-art logistics hub purpose-built for a national e-commerce operator. The 420,000 sq ft tilt-up facility features 36-ft clear heights, 92 dock positions, a 185-ft truck court, and a 50,000 sq ft mezzanine for last-mile sortation. Completed four weeks ahead of schedule.
