Project overview
The seismic upgrade and full interior renovation of a 1901 unreinforced masonry building in Seattle's historic Pioneer Square district. Steel moment frames were installed inside the existing façade, and the five-story building was converted into 55 residential loft units and ground-floor commercial space.
