Project overview
A 42,000 sq ft surgical and sterile-processing addition to an active Level II trauma center. The project required 24-month sequenced phasing to maintain uninterrupted hospital operations. Eight new ORs, a hybrid imaging suite, and a 28-bed PACU were delivered on time and below the GMP.
